Shipping Policy (MTL)
This Shipping Policy explains how we processes and ships orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1) Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. We’ll notify you if there is a significant delay.
2) Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note: delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs (for international orders).
3) Where We Ship

4) Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
5) Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to:

an incorrect or incomplete address,
-
failed delivery attempts, or
-
refusal of the package,
you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
If you notice an address error after ordering, email us immediately at yungmonnyc@gmail.com. We can’t guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
6) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

Check around your delivery location and with household members/neighbors.

Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim or request additional delivery details.

Email us at yungmonnyc@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll assist where we can.
MTL is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but missing due to theft or delivery error.

7) Damaged Packages / Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yungmonnyc@gmail.com with:

your order number
-
photos of the item and packaging
We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you on a replacement or solution.
8) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders:

Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by your local customs office.
Delivery may be delayed due to customs processing.
9) Returns & Shipping
If you are returning an item, please review our Refund Policy first.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions and (when applicable) a return label.
