Refund policy
At MTI, we have a 30-day return policy, which means customers have up to 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
If you need an exchange, we recommend returning your purchase. Once the return is accepted, the replacement will be shipped out.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
